Our firefighter-themed escape rooms are designed, built, and tested by firefighters and their families to ensure an authentic combination of emergency response reality and engaging puzzles.

Our rooms support 6 people at a time, but when you arrive, it will just be your party. When you book a room, it is immediately considered unavailable for other people to reserve, so you can rest assured that the only people in the room with you are the people you book with.

The reality of first responders is that they should be ready to respond to any emergency at any time. While they may not find our escape rooms to be too graphic, what meets the criteria of too graphic for the average person varies. While our goal is certainly not to scar anyone, there will be a level of realism incorporated to aid in the immersion of the escape room. That realism may include fake blood, injured mannequins, exposed bodily anatomy, or depictions of distress or violence. The descriptions of each escape room is the best place to look for specifics regarding particular triggers or sensitivities. Bookings canceled with more than 24 hours in advance are entitled to a full refund. If your booking is canceled with less than 24 hours until your reservation, you will only be entitled to a 30% refund. However, we are reasonable people. We host several events in addition to our escape rooms! Try your hand at our mini golf course, ping pong, or our arcade. Book an outing with your team for one of our corporate events where you must get civilians to safety during a zombie apocalypse, command a wildland fire, or take command of a structure fire as a team! Yes, BUT only on the rare case a room is not fully booked and staff is present. Most tickets are pre-purchased so we do not have many walk-in tickets available. The best way to guarantee your spot is to purchase your experience in advance on our website. The same is true for ping pong, the arcade, mini golf, movie nights, and all other activities we host. While time slots and tickets may be available when you walk-in, the best way to guarantee your involvement is to buy a ticket beforehand.

No. We cannot physically lock you in our escape rooms, that's probably illegal. To keep the game exciting you will have one main locked door to figure out how to escape through, but in the case of an emergency, claustrophobia, or a sudden roar of your lunch, you will have the ability to exit through the emergency exit (the door you entered). While you are strongly advised to not leave the game at any moment to maintain immersion, should a need arise we will be accommodating. However, your clock will continue to run.
