REFUND POLICY

The Fire Escape is committed to giving every participant the best experience possible. That includes ensuring rooms are available when they are supposed to be and bookings are accurate at all times. A cancelation or rescheduling with short notice removes opportunities for other parties to participate in our games.

However, we ARE willing to work with you to make changes to your reservation. If you wish to make changes with less than 24 hours until your reservation, a $25 charge will be applied to your card to reschedule. If you wish to cancel entirely with less than 24 hours until your reservation, you will be entitled to a 30% refund.

With that said, we are reasonable people. If you cannot make your reservation due to an emergency or other serious unforeseen circumstance, let us know and we can work with you in your unique situation with as little cost to you as is reasonable. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns, because if the time of your reservation comes and goes before we are made aware of any extenuating circumstances, we cannot guarantee you will be entitled to any refund.
